Does anyone out there make a 3 rail picatinny section attached to a QD mount?

What I am trying to do is take an Atlas BT-10 and put a QD mount on it.

i don't know if it's just 3 rails but American Defense has a short one, ARMS also makes one but i think it's 5-7.

I have both the Atlas QD and the BT10, I just figured out Larue makes a QD mount for the Atlas, the LT271, replaces the assy on the top of the Atlas.
