Gunsmithing APO Chassis butt stock options? $$ vice $$$$

I bought a second hand APO chassis off the hide a few months ago. It has been great, and it is the first chassis I have messed with in a very long time. I don't know why I ever went back to fiberglass stocks.

What I don't like is the butt stock. I see APO is out of stock on their sexier version of their buttstock.

The biggest thing I don't want is something that looks like it came off of an AR-15/10. Like a Magpul PRS.

I am not against getting rid of the gas tube system, but not sure what my options are.

I called APO and left a message, but I'll have to call back later this week and try them again. I know it is convention season, sure they are busy.

There are some pics of chassis with prototypes of this stock on APO social media. I've asked about availability and was told later this year.
If you're not in a hurry to upgrade it might be worth waiting for, especially since they're currently out of the stock you prefer.

Another option might be the AR type stocks available from XLR or MDT. Both companies have adjustable options that don't look like something robbed off of an AR15.
