Ok so my buddy gave me some parts for switching over his noveske lower and pws setup for him.

He gave me a superior arms lower, stripped. A giselle trigger, a couple of trigger guards, ambi safety, and all the misc little pins to make the lower a complete minus stock and grip.
I really want to build a nice ar but not in a 223 caliber though. Im wondering what is possible though on a 223 lower. I think the 22 250, 243 etc.. will work, but was wondering if anyone had a site or something that would give that information.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, i'm not a total newbie so please dont kill me for the ignorant post, Im just new to the AR scene and after going through this website for quite awhile i decided to register, plus i never knew AR-15s were so accurate until i read up on them on here. Thanks guys

Ok awesome, thank you for the quick response, One other question. I have access to a bead blaster at work that we blast titanium parts with. Has anyone bead blasted a lower? Will it chew the aluminum up too much to safely do? I will probably just mic out a trigger guard and blast just that part and see what it does. Thanks though in advance

Re: AR Gurus please help a newbie to black rifles

I picked up a lot of info on this thread.

As a side note I stumbled onto a forum talking of AR 15 ,M 4 zeroing.
Wow,I did not remember any of what I read except the term BSZ...
And I am almost convinced in buying a set up my self
Good luck with your build.
ps
Barrel type and twist seemed all important on any caliber selected.
