Not gonna happen. Even if the Democrats win the senate, there are way too many other prioities they have before banning ARs. Healthcare, climate change, etc. Congress has proven over and over again they cannot multi-task.Any thoughts on the possibility of AR platforms becoming illegal in 2021?

Shit I actually have an ar14.I think just Ar 14s are on the list.
Thanks for a sensible reply. Couple of my grandchildren seem to handle the adjustable ar stock better than youth stocks but would hate to purchase some for them if things go bad for us hard working, honest people. Not gonna happen. Where in the actual fucking remembrance of VEER did you learn to spell insure and I'll?Yes they will be.
And....
My address is the point of delivery for you to send it to.
There will be no buy back because I never sold it to you. I dont even make them and there is a document enshrined in the National Archives that says I cant even ask you to send it to me but that is what you have to do.
PM regards the shipper you want to use. You have to ensure it for full value to ensure it doesnt get lost coming to me.
When I get your PM Ill give you the ship to address, its a residence but thats not odd or weird.
Who gives a fuck? End your mental masturbation.Any thoughts on the possibility of AR platforms becoming illegal in 2021?
Many people here find it hard to imagine our leaders will have success in banning ARs; I believe we live in strange times.
i don't own an AR anything. perhaps that is a technicality. My ARs all identify as Remington 700s.
Thank you for an intelligent and well informed response. I think it's a very serious matter and honestly believe the childish answers on here are from the very people who would buckle first.Let me give you a real answer to your question. I recently looked at getting an AR-15. I looked at what types of AR seemed to draw the greatest amount of various historical bans in multiple "coastal states". It is likely that IF any ban occurs, it will follow their previously used "excuses and exclusions" which they had success in using. If you look at "New York Legal" and "California legal" ARs, you are more likely to choose one which can potentially face a ban. Many people here find it hard to imagine our leaders will have success in banning ARs; I believe we live in strange times. I cannot say anything with certainty. Politicians have pushed for crazy stuff (like defund the police, ignoring rioters and looters, and charging people defending their homes in the heartland of Missouri). As such, I lack full faith in good sense prevailing over the next decade. Windham Weapons makes a lot of reasonably priced ARs, some of which are tailored to the more restrictive state's requirements.
Some things that the Government has "triggered on" in the past. Barrels under 16 inches (short Barreled Rifle SBR may require a $200 license), forward vertical hand grip, bayonet lug, Magazines over X number of rounds (I think California has a 10 round limit), noise reduction devices (requires a $200 license), and bump stocks which are currently banned.
The tax amount would probably be VERY SMALL.Tax this dick.

california is worse than that, really. of course, don't try to make sense of it.Let me give you a real answer to your question. I recently looked at getting an AR-15.
