Doesn't fit in either an AR-15 or AR-10 (cartridge length and boltface diameter).
If you have enough money I'm sure you could get someone to make one up custom for you, but EVERYTHING will be custom and it will probably cost ten times what a really nice AR-10 costs.

Run down one of the cobb firearms now bfi 30-06 rifles and build off it. Speed costs....

If it's just 7mm Mag Ballistics that you're looking for you can do a 7MM WSM or 7MMSAUM from Accuracy Systems.

If you want the "long" 7mm Remington Magnum the Cobb/ Bushmaster rifles will as far as I know probably be your only choice as a platform because of the length. It would be all custom to make it work to put it together.
