Would like to use a sling with the QD attachment. I don't seem to be able to Google any Arca "plates" that have a flush cup for the sling. Stock has flush cups on the side, but too far forward. Do the removable Arca plates mar the rail when you tighten the thumbscrew? Seems crazy to bolt a piece of Piccatiny rail , with the flush cup on it, to the sliding Arca plate, to get bipod and sling attachment points. Am I missing something here? My other stocks have sling studs for Harris bipods, or Pic. rail for QD bipods.

Clamp this to the rail, click in sling.

Anodized aluminum shouldn't make any real marks or damage other anodized aluminum.

The other option is to just drill and epoxy in another flush cup where you want it. They're $10 from Grove-tech.

I take it your stock doesn't have M-LOK slots.
