Area 419 autothrow hopper question

I just picked up an area 419 powder hopper for my v3 autothrow/trickler. The hopper seems too tight to fit on the thrower mechanism. Has anyone else had this issue?

I’ve read some guys had to massage the fit with sand paper

Mine is too tight for my liking. Need to take a rat file to the inside of the hopper where it interfaces with the autothrow body and loosen it up. Right now it's a PITA to get it off and on the thrower housing.

My V3 is also very tight, I might just take off a few thou on the sides.

As it is right now mine isn’t even usable. Taking it off I almost dumped the hopper over lol.
