This morning, after I had shot a few rounds at the Range, actually quite a few, I stopped by the Memorial to Veterans where the Flags fly in the Park, at 10:00 to pay my respects and remember ALL who didn't make it over the years.
I was not alone, there were 3 other Old Vets there, all of us going through our thoughts as to why we were there.
Due to this Flu shit there was no public gathering for everyone, but, there ware 4 Old Farts, to include me, sitting on the benches pondering things. 2 Army, 1 Air Force and a Marine.
The only thing missing was young people, who walked or bicycled by and wondered why All of those Old Farts are out there getting along so well? and why are they all crying?
Much is lost on our Yutes.
