I was able to partially register to use this new system 2 months ago. I've not been able to log in one time since it seized up while registering. Is anyone else having this problem? I've called the hotline and they tell me, "The issues are due in part to, batching forms." They also mention that, they can't get on the system as well. You know it's bad, when the person that's helping you is not optimistic about the program.
I've got several form 2s from an order I placed with a manufacturer caught up in this mess. It looks like they just float in limbo until they get it up. I guess it's back to mailing in the paperwork.
