When I first bought my Rangecraft I had about a 90% failure rate when trying to sync to the Android app. About a month later there was a firmware update for the Rangecraft and I could successfully sync... about 80% of the time. Are you guys still periodically experiencing Android syncing issues too? And, if so, is there a work flow that minimizes or eliminates the failures? Maybe something like starting with all the saved sessions being deleted (from either the chrono and/or the app) before shooting new sessions/syncing them?
Also, I looked for somewhere on Athlon's web site to report this problem and couldn't find anything (other than a generic "contact us"). Does anyone have a link/email address for their tech support?
