They are closed on weekends so I can’t call them today.
I just got this atlas cal. The notches on the lock plate are beveled. The other bipods are straight. The bevel makes it so the pins don’t engage all the way. The bolt also has a hex where my old one is not.

Anyone else have one like this?

The hex bolt one I just bought. Well ordered a gen 2 atlas cal nc. The seller sent me a gen 2? With the 1913 mount. I need the other mount so they refunded me $40 and I bought the part from atlas. I didn’t think to check the bolt before I ordered since I thought it was a gen 2.

I went to install it and realized the bolt head difference. The roll pin groove is different from my old one so the mount wouldn’t work. I did make the roll pin work but just trying to figure out why there differences.

Atlas gives an option for hex/no hex on the mount but says the mount works on the gen 2 with no hex. The lock pin thing doesn’t bother me just want to know if it’s on purpose.

It's definitely a gen 2.
This is a gen 1. Look at bumper on front. Also there was a significant difference in design.

There are some pictures of some in that thread where the lock pins aren’t fully seated and the plate grooves are beveled so as long as it’s legit I’m fine with it.
