Night Vision ATN Thor Magnification ?

Newb question......I recently acquired into a 1x10 thermal from ATN. I notice that from 3+ power the screen tends to show small little lines/pixels that become more and more pronounced as magnification goes up. My question is, if I trade up to a scope that begins with higher magnification to those lines then become more visible at..lets say 8-10 power leaving 4-5 power nice and clear.


Does that sound right?

Indeed, the higher the default magnification, the less the digital magnification will exaggerate and expand the distortions.

Upgrading will get you better pictures at higher magnifications.
