Aussie Guys - Nightforce Ballistics Software?

Hey guys, Looking at having a play with Nightforce's ballistic software. Where/who is the best place to buy it in Australia? Clayton firearms have it on there site, but you have to order it in.

I have not used it, but having spoken to our rep on the phone he mentioned all of its features etc etc, I wouldnt mind having a look at it also.

I dare say you could give him a call directly and ask him if any stores have it in besides clayton... hell I would, clayton firearms do my head in. They take a billion years to get back to you on something, and thats on a good day most times i have to call them and "hassle" them for information. They do have mail order service, saves you having to drive from gippsland to clayton.

Thanks for the info on clayton firearms. There is another mob that sell it so might go through them as i have been told they are not bad. www.longshotsoftware.com is there site.

Hoping christmas comes early this year and i get my new rifle, dont like my chances though..lol

Just an FYI, I was speaking to a manager at Nightforce recently and he let me know the RRP was recently dropped. It should be about $80 now so if anywhere is still charging $160ish they're charging too much, especially if they have to order it in for you. I've been mwaning to grab a copy myself to have a look at.

It wouldnt suprise me, we get shafted in this country, so if a store tries to sell it for $160 i wont be in shock

Hey guys,

I ended up buying it from www.longshotsoftware.com. Ended up being $120 with postage. Got and email of the bloke soon after saying it will be posted today, so customer service is good sofar.
$80 bucks?? that would be right, just my luck..lol

Its $67US now, from memory thats lower then it was a few days ago. No sure if they would export it though. I couldnt be bothered asking.
