Our monthly club match is Saturday 17 Sept. at Phoenix Rod and Gun club (where we host the TPRC) Match starts at 0700 hrs. 50 rounds of ammo. shots fired from 11 yards to 700 yards. $10 for members and $15 for non members. .223 to 300WM allowed. Scottmilk9 will be match director this month.

I just found this post, otherwise I'd probably be heading up from Tucson. I've never done a rifle match, what all will I need to bring for future reference?

Just bring your rifle and ammo, make sure you know your dope up to 500yds, other than that it is really laid back and tons of fun, the crew there are very friendly and helpful! Try it you won't regret it.

If Matt wasn't such a wuss and went for the 3rd KYL he would have won. LOL great to see everyone having a good time.

Ties get decided by closest to center on the 300yd target, thats why i put that little dot there.

Thanks to all the Vegas boys for coming down, its always good to see and shoot with them, they are all a class act!

Sounds like everyone had fun. I decided to head down to Tucson and try my hand at ACTS. I'll be rotating between this and ACTS every other month. So I guess that gives me a month to try and get my dope together, eh?

Joe, thanks for the pics and videos, You Vegas guys come down anytime, you're more than welcome to shoot with us. Great bunch of guys.
Regina, Matt and Tim were all neck and neck during the steel portions of the match, it was fun to watch it all unfold.
