Well I broke my Atlas......yeah, I stuck my rifle in a bag with the Atlas on, and couldn't get it out. Like a retard I pulled like hell and broke the bipod.

I wrote Kasey at B&T and told him of my retardedness and insisted on paying to fix the problem. Kasey would not hear of it. I waited for a total of 7 days to ship the thing to him and get it back. When you consider that the Thanksgiving holiday was in the middle of this, and the speed of USPS from Vegas to Kansas and back that is nothing short of amazing.

The only thing that outshines the V8 is the people that built it.

That's awesome to hear. Not many people or businesses that will still do things like that these days, especially when you tell them you broke/damaged it.

How in the hell did you break it by trying to pull it out of the bag? Was the leg down? Seems like the bag would have gave up before the leg would have. I also can't help but ask why you didn't just take a second to unzip it and lift it out?

Regardless, it's great that you got a new one at no cost.

As previously stated, I'm a retard.

A wise man once said, "nothing is fireman proof". We can break a pry bar for god's sake.

I own a couple of them. They appear to be more fragile than my Harris 'pods

I've got 2 of each. I haven't managed to break any of them. The Harris bipods -seem- tougher. I have the Atlas' on my best rifles

That's good to hear. Im in the market for a bipod for the 7saum.

So was it really Jim who ripped off the bolt handle, or do you secretly posses retard strength too? lol

Took the words right out of my mouth! After hearing about customer service like that, I can definitely say that I will be purchasing a couple of them!
