Ohhhhhhhhh I just want to touch it !!! Let me take it home. I promise to feed it and need it and pet it and wet it .

However,....I am riding power lines in PA today. Should be a sloppy mess with a fine addition of 5th gear fire roads.
Cant wait.

Nice Bike !!! It aint yellow but it is still a nice bike !!

Yeah well I just got the family a crf50!

Then the kids came home and said they wanted to be in boyscouts. I told them listen you want to be in scouts or get a 4 wheeler?

One child responds "well definitely wont be going to boyscouts!"

Trx90 enroute!

My 1st race bike as a youngin was a KTM SX-85. Super nice rides, in all seriousness, you aint gone find a better bike. I liked my Yamahas too but KTM was always the ones I really wanted, never got to try Husqvarna tho I bet they're badass too.

dont try one unless you have check book in hand.I would wait til the TX or XC version comes out next year. I just traded my TX 300 for the above, it as only 6 months and 100 hour old but I could see the value take a hit when the TX and XC version gets here, I will rid e the 4 stroke for now and probably get the TX 300 FI when they come out with them.

What part of PA? I'm near Pittsburgh.

Nice bike AJ. I'm thinking if getting husky 701 supermoto

Very Nice! I have rode a lot of different motor cycles in my few years. Anything from 250cc cruisers to a 1098cc Ducati sportbike. The one bike that scared me the most was a Kawasaki 250F 4 stroke. That thing was nasty and fun to ride at the same time. Enjoy the new toy!

I'm still rocking my 2004 EXC 300. I was a die hard 4-stroker for years until I discovered the tuneability of the KTM 300 2-stroke for woods riding. The forks on the newer models reportedly suck for sharp edged hits like the pine roots we have in here the Southeastern woods. I haven't come across any other fork suspension design that deals with roots better than old school open chamber forks.

The tx 300 i just traded had a lectron, its almost as good as FI. Took the 450 out to the forest on Monday, its hands down the best suspension I ever rode on a dirt bike, set to book settings no adjusting at all. holy frikken hell, its a revolutionary bike, transformational.

I run a Lectron carburetor and haven't fouled a plug at all. I'm actually getting better fuel mileage than the 450 4-strokes. I also run Amsoil 100:1 synthetic oil at 80:1 ratio. No spooge out the pipe at all.

Sounds like KTM might have perfected the newer technology suspensions for woods riding since they stepped away from open chamber forks. Maybe the new fuel injected 300 2-stroke is worth giving a hard look at now......Hmnn.

its really the 450 vs the 300, so far I am liking the 450 XCF better, will be putting 50 tooth sprocket on it tonight, just finished a few hours of mud single track. The 500 EXCF is a different animal, its all choked up with emissions, I just ripped all that shit off and replaced the stock ecu with a Vortex unit.(dont have to do that with teh 450 xcf or the 300, if you want to go that route get the Husky 501 with link shock. I will say I like teh AER forks and linked shock suspension so much better I willl never own the PDS shock again.

wait til the XCF 300 or TX 300 come out with FI later this year I will buy one as soon as they do.
