You've mentioned two LPVOs and an MPVO in the same sentence. Oh, geez. Well, I'll say this ... any decent 2-10x is going to far outperform any 1-10x at higher magnifications. The 2-10 will do everything better than a 1-10, except use within 25 yards or so.
It depends on what you need. If you dont need a 1x, or are willing to cover that with an offset or piggyback, then go with a 2-10x. The Mark 5 is nice, but it seemed to me that they focused on size as much as they did everything else and there are sacrifices due to that. As a total package, I like the Mark 5, but from a purely shooting perspective, I prefer my 2.5-10 Mark 4. Larger objective, more forgiving eye box.
