I'v recently bought a HS HTR camo green... I would like to mount a Badger scope rail, fit normally ? Or I've to do modifications ?

the base should fit just fine as long as you got the right one for your action. The stock shouldnt have anything to do with it.

the htr is a rifle.
i talked to hsp about that and they said it takes a standard 700 base but the screw holes need to be opened up for the 8-40 screws. i have not looked, but i think you can buy the base with the holes already opened up.
