Good.
WGAF that they might flush some crack down the toilet. Like the WOD does anything but take liberty and treasure from the citizens anyway.

Interesting angle. She probably likes red flag laws.
Lolthere’s no law in Baltimore.
Correction, there’s no law for the blacks of Baltimore. They get popped with a hot gun and plea deal out in 12-18 back on the street.
If I were to cc there illegally and get popped by a corrupt cop when servicing equipment in that shit hole... 5-10 maybe out in 3-4 on good behavior.
To the fascists: Don’t throw the racist bull shit at me, that’s fact, prove me wrong
The irony is if they had no-knocked at Breona Taylor's apartment, not a single shot would have been fired by anyone.
So then what incentive does a criminal have to not empty his mag at Leo if each bullet is a year??Since I travel to Md. at times I checked. You have to have the handgun locked in the trunk and the magazine unloaded. If youre (white) and get caught with a loaded magazine you get a year for each bullet loaded.
Oh, I know why....I was just saying what. And the same thing happened some years ago with Marrion Barry after he was busted for crack. Ran for city council under the agenda of "getting your boys out of Lorton" (Lorton being the DC prison)The
They elected her because she regularly drops the charges on the brothas. Think about it... it’s like buying votes without money
The mags can be loaded, just not attached to the gun. They should be stored separately from the firearm. The gun has to be case, unloaded and out of reach from the driver.
But if your white and get caught, they’re throwing the book at you
Well they’re cops. So.Thats not what the Md. State Police told me.
Well they’re cops. So.
Don’t know the law. Under no obligation to know the law.
Maryland: the "loaded magazine" urban legend, debunked
I am not a lawyer, and nothing in this posting should be regarded as legal advice. But I can read. For years, some Maryland gunowners have been under the impression that under Maryland's strict law (Section 4-203 of the criminal code) governing the transporting of handguns (without a...www.thehighroad.org
That last sentence is the best advice I’ve heard all day.. stay outa commie states.Interesting. However enough seem to believe it is law that should you get caught it could cost a small fortune in legal fees to get out of it. Ill err on the side of caution. Mostly I prefer to stay the fuck out of commie states.
What do you base that assumption on?
They knocked on the door, waited announced police, knocked, waited, announced police, then breached the door. Several witnesses corroborated this.
If they had just breached the door, the surprise would have been so quick and fast at 4 am that no one inside would have had time to grab a gun, and but the boyfriends own admission, he would not have fired if he'd known it was police. So, they no-knock, get inside, announced police and have the whole small apartment secured in less than a few seconds. no one has to fire through a door, no police have to return fire. Could have been much different.
now, as a general rule, i am against the midnight no-knock warrant BS. lots and lots of innocent people have been killed during them as a mistaken identity wrong house issue.
if we look at this specific case, and how it went down, if they had no-knocked, its very likely no one would have been hurt or killed.
If he had a gun and was ready to use it. There is no reason to assume he would not have had it close enough to use it if they did a "no knock." He knew it was the Police just as much as he would have if they no knocked and yelled police. I see no reason to think he is not lying.
They could have sat outside and waited for him to walk out. Put "free donuts" signs "at the supers apartment" around the complex. Whats up bro, you are under arrest. Many safer ways to go about it.
It was a legal killing. “Good shoot” some say

So was the boyfriend who they were looking for or are you suggesting that if they would have no knocked the wrong house once again they would somehow not end up shooting anyone? Have you ever been attacked in your sleep? Have you ever been point man? They knocked on the door, waited announced police, knocked, waited, announced police, then breached the door. No knock warrants are unconstitutional and should not be taking place anywhere in America.
Don't see the purpose of the no knock warrant it puts Police at a disadvantage entering into the structure into the line of fire at the get go. Why not wait outside the next morning when the dude walks outside to go somewhere, element of surprise safety increases greatly over entering a structure that is defended and unknown.
I have two friends that are dead as a result of a no-knock raid. Mixed feelings about that tactic.
My condolences. May I pry as to which side of the door were they?I have two friends that are dead as a result of a no-knock raid. Mixed feelings about that tactic.
