Needing a G7 BC @ ~2700fps

I'm running mine about 240 fps faster, but I've used a 0.317 with impacts out to 1600+

Its not an exact science by any means but g1 * .5 = g7 is a way Ive read over the years to short hand and make a decent ball park guess. Some bullets it works out to a higher or lower ratio but they all seem to hover around a ~.49-.51 ratio

So in example .624*.5=.312 which actually works out to not far off from what canezach said he uses in his experience.

I’ve heard of and use G1*.5=G7, but I’m not sure how’s consumer grade G1 lends itself a G7 conversion for use at 1K

It will be close enough to spot the miss in your scopes field of view and correct/true it up from there.

I was using .312 @ 2760 fps just testing with my bra.

Barnes called me back this afternoon and claimed the G7 to be .300, so somewhere between .3 - .312.
