Barrel Mounted Chassis System - Does it Exist?

All, a while bad I ran across a website that I thought was selling a barrel mounted (as opposed to action mounted) chassis system. I thought it was maybe a modified version of a McRee's stock.

Well by computer died and took all of my tags with it. I've tried searching for it and even contact McRee's but haven't been able to locate the site again. Does anyone have any knowledge of such a system or website?

Later, why do those rifles have such a gianormous recoil lug, i skimmed the site a little bit but didnt find anything.

That "recoil lug" is actually only spot of the action and barrel that touch the stock. Basically the action has a built in barrel block and allows the action and barrel to be free floated.
