Bartlein Barrels and Q The FIX

At all.
I can supply anything you want. One thing I can't do, because of the limited number of rifles in the wild, is stock Q's nonstandard barrel contours.
But if you have the time I can FIX you up.

But if I asked for a different barrel manufactur you could make that happen (lead time a side)

Another way of asking is the attachment method something when the barrel is made or can you add it to other barrels?

Q barrels uses an extension. Very similar to any AR platform. I can use your existing extension and spin up a new barrel. Concerning the use of another barrel manufacture, not a problem. The only issue might be the contour you choose. I can't see that being a problem.

Mr. Tooley, if I understand you , I cannot get a new barrel with a barrel extension from you. I have to send you my Fix barrel and you remove the extension from it to put on a new barrel.
Is Q the only source for a barrel extension? I have watched the Q site forever trying buy a 6.5 creedmoore barrel with no luck.

Dave - do you contour the end of the barrel as well for the cherry bomb?

My understanding is folks cant buy extensions? I have a fix and happy to switch the extensons out of have to.

Dave I'm wanting a 16.5" carbon fiber Proof barrel spun up for my fix, but its only offered with a 1.20" shank. Can you turn that down and make it work or does it have to be a 1.13" shank?

Food for thought. My medium Palma that I had Dave shorten to 16.5” a flute ended up only 4oz heavier than Moviestar’s 16.5” proof.
