Bbl lenght limit on bolt-actions?

I was "virtual shopping" like we all do from time to time and ran across this oddity:

Doesn't say anything about NFA paperwork? Any chance that barrel is 16" or more? Never seen anything like this thing!

Yes the barrel is 16".
