BCG for Precision build?

So I just received a barrel from Craddock Precision for an Aero M5 build. It's a 20-inch Bartlein in 308 Win with a .936 bull contour. I'm hoping to put together a gas gun that I can run in local club PRS matches for fun which usually go out to 700-800 yards.

Currently I own a Toolcraft NiB .308 BCG, which Paul head-spaced to the barrel. The Toolcraft has been 100% reliable and has about 2,000 rounds on it over the last few years.

Would there be any benefit in regards to accuracy by upgrading BCG to a JP Enterprises or Rubber City Armory or should I just stick with the Toolcraft for now and see what happens?

Personally for me-a new barrel gets a new bolt. I've never really experienced a bolt making a differance in accuracty personally. Don't think I ever read about it either actually. I'd probably get another Toolcraft.

I would only match new bolt to the barrel and inspect the carrier parts for ware.

the carrier is in surprisingly great shape, the bolt lugs on the other hand look a little beat up. I’ll try and upload photos, but some of the corners have lost their edges.

After scouring the interweb and potentially hitting the end of the internet, I ended up just ordering a JP Enterprises LMOS BCG with the high pressure bolt. I really didn't want to spend that much at all, but it seems to be the undisputed go to BCG for large frame ARs that are serious precision setups.

Be sure to check that bolt with your barrel to see where you are on headspace.
I make dummies from brass sized & measured at (from zero on a headspace gauge) to -.001, +.002, .003 & .004".

I really prefer it to fall at about +.002-.003 inches.
