Gunsmithing BDL to DBM M5

The stock I have found is BDL, and I want to be able to use a DBM (BadgerM5). Is this something any good smith can do?

Yes...LongRifles, GA Precision, and Badger all charge $75 with varying turnaround times. I'm pretty certain SAC, Phoenix, Black Ops, SSC, Spartan, RWS, etc. can also do this.

Sent my HS stock to Badger and very pleased. Never saw a turnaround that fast.
