Gunsmithing Bedding an Aluminum scope base?????

I am bedding an aluminum scope base and I'm wondering if I should use standard DEVCON or the aluminum based product they sell.

I know that either will work but I'm wondering if there might be some cathodic reaction(dis-similair metels) between the aluminum base and steel devcon?

I just did mine using JB Weld, and it turned out perfect. Sorry, not a direct answer to your question, but it did turn out great.

Standard Devcon works just fine, there's no reaction as yet that I've ever witnessed.
