Bergara HMR. Does it need to be bedded?

With the aluminum in the factory stock, do these rifles benefit from a bed job?

My aluminum bedded stocks never needed it. I’ve heard it helps. However the few people I know that had theirs done said it only helped the gunsmith that performed the work.

That’s funny, I had one last year and had it bedded by my friend/gunsmith who suggested it. Did it before shooting it but it shot great, but I’ve seen a lot of them not bedded shoot the same lol
