The Eagle FAP does not have the plastic window, but it DOES have ALICE clips on the back so you can attach it to other gear. Not sure about the SOT.

The simple redneck solution is to use Federal plastic shell holders, each holds 10 rounds, and can be stuffed in multi locations, my typical loadout for comps is 3 ten round AICS mags full, 1 five round full, and 50 in my Camelbak MULE, each time we break for lunch\dinner I resupply.

Its not a product, its a byproduct. Federal ammo comes in a 20 round box. Each box has two plastic strips, that each hold 10 rounds. The strips are often reused to haul/store ammo.
