I see a bunch of these on the 'net, but not sure of their quality. Can anyone recomend one or one to avoid? Wanna share it btwn a couple of .22s to improve accuracy. I know the synthetics usually do a better job, but I'd still rather stay w. cotton. Just thought I'd try one out b4 spending the $ on a M1907.

The GI web sling (cotton) was made for the M1 Garand and the synthetic was produced for the M14. The cotton won't slip on you like the synthetic will while using it to carry your rifle or to enhance your shooting positions. There are many better slings out there for accuracy potential. This is what I use for my rifles:
