Ditto on the Duluth Trading - their pants last forever. I have about 5 pairs of various pants made with the fire hose material - they never wear out. They have lasted for about 3 years, way longer than any other pants I've owned. If you think they're not strong enough, they also make pants with Kevlar in the material. I have their fire hose field coat too - great for the range. Has a windproof liner, insulation inside of that, and teflon on the outside to repel water. I'm hooked.
