Best hand load for XCR Tactical Long Range 300WM?

Just wondering if anyone knows the best loads for both target and one for hunting big game like elk and moose at 300 to 700 yards. I would like any hunting rounds that are Sub MOA, The gun is a Rem 700 XCR Tactical long range 26 inch barrel 1 in 10 twist 300 win mag. Thanks for your help
