Just got an AR10 with an Obermeyer chamber. With a 20" barrel, what do I need to watch out for? Any mic'ing tips for 168 and 175 SMK? Probably going to do mil brass for the forseeable future. Thanks!

Seriously, though, I've heard that these can be a little picky with the smaller throat. Would love to know what to look out for.

My Obermeyer chamber is on a Rem 700. It shoots fine. I have never had any problems with it. But I do the cycling. It isn't the same thing. But I just wanted to say that I like mine.
I have been told that the original thoughts behind that specific chamber when Boots designed it was to have the tightest "match" chamber that would still digest factory ammo and have good results.
He has done the same thing for several other calibers as well. I'll be trying a couple of them shortly.
