Best Rest and Best Bi-Pod for F-Class

So...I've just gotten into F-Class matches and I'm currently shooting FT/R. I'm using a Harris bi-pod. That being said I have little knowledge in the area of rests and bi-pods, for competition and I'm curious what everyones thoughts are on bi-pods and rests for F-Class.

What's your favorite? What would you avoid? What do you use? What is your dream rest and or bi-pod?

Agreed Alpine, for f class shooting Sinclair is the best!
