I know this might start a fist fight or two, but here is the question. Savage Precision Carbine or a Remington SPS Tactical. Looking for a .308 to play with a little, longer range stuff. Not worried about 1000 yards, but 6-800 might come into play. There is alot of things I like about the Savage from what I have read, but held an SPS and realy liked it. Any ideas.

Thanks. New to the site, and wasn't sure how to search. I'm sure it has been asked a bunch, and know there can be a feud between the Savage and Remington fans. Ive read most everything else on the internet about these rifles. Just thought I would give it a shot.
