Rifle Scopes Big thumbs up for Mile High Shooting Customer Service

I'd like to take a moment to express my gratitude to Mile High Shooting. I managed to strip the head out on a Spuhr base clamp screw. I called Mile High Shooting and just wanted to know which set of 4 I needed to buy for my Spuhr scope mount. The gentleman on the phone took my address and phone# then told me the set of 4 base screws would be shipped that day. When I asked how much I owed him he told me "no charge sir"! I was honestly taken aback by that gesture of generosity. Those screws aren't cheap and he sent them to me without knowing if I even purchased the Spuhr mount from Mile High Shooting.

That's +p++ customer service.

Wow that's nice to know. I once had the same issue with one of Spuhr's previous dealers and they charged me $25 or something like that. I guess that's why they are a "previous" dealer.

Good to know. I'm planning on purchasing an AI AT from them soon... Maybe a Spuhr mount to. It is pretty sweet that they give SH members a 5% discount!
