Big thumbs up for Starlight cases!

I have had 2 starlight cases for around 10 years they have done right by me on every outing keeping my gear safe and dry including many airline abuses.

Last week the moving part of the latch broke on my handgun case most likely due to me over stuffing too much crap in it time and time again.

I called to order a new latch and they said we will send you a new set out and they even gave me a completely new set for my rifle case that was an updated design all at no charge and had it to me in 2 days

That is what makes a customer for life.

After using their latches for 10 years it is incredible that you still have both thumbs

the new latches for the rifle case has a longer lever on it to help with that
