Just wondering if anyone lives in the area and can help out with any info for someone moving there?
My brother in law is single and looking for a small place/apt. to live.
The area around the university has a lot of rentals, big enough town you probably want to live near school or work. Its a very nice town(Cedar Falls)lots of good comunity.

My son just talked to a local man that lives in Waterloo and is wanting to build a specialty pistol like ours. I guess he's a big shooter and has a heck of a 338 cal rifle and other stuff.
Sounds like a lot of nice people there and at the company too.
