Binoculars decision help

I'm having trouble deciding on a set of binos for spotting at PRS and NRL events.

All binos are 12x50
My options are:
Vortex diamondback
Athlon Argos
Bushnell engage dx

I know warranties are best on Athlon and vortex but I can get the engage at a huge discount due to living next to their hq.

Who's used these different binos and can give me some recommendations?

I wouldn't suggest the Kowa SV50-12 12x50mm Binoculars if I didn't feel it was a superior option
