It looks like it has M4/M16 pouches. You would need different mag pouches for the mags you stated above, they will be too wide. I cant tell if the mags pouches are attached with molle, so I don't know if you would be able to switch them.

I emailed BLACKHAWK they said it would hold one m-14 mag per pouch.Molle setup is expensive

The mag pouches are not secured to the vest with molle. They are stitched to the vest and are a pain to remove/or replace. Spend the money on a molle set up, it will be well woth it. You can probably piece one together for almost nothing if you ask around.
