My lord there is a lot of stupid advice being suggested in this thread. Primer came out, giant mark from brass flow into ejector. Yes, its over pressure. IT only happened with FM ammo. ITs not a carbon ring, short throat, or headspace issue.

For the O.P, or most anyone else for that matter, a bore scope is not needed. People like to poke them down their barrel and pretend they are learning something. He has a gun blowing primers with only one kind of ammo, that is famous for blowing primers. This problem doesn't seem very mysterious to me. I have never seen 308 or 223 develop a carbon ring and I run 500 and 800 as cleaning intervals in those calibers.

The O.Ps thread is not the place. He said he doesn't like to suck little chinese dicks, drop it. If thats what you are into, there is this section called the Bear Pit. Start a thread and tell us about it. I am sure there are lots of people here, who love to argue with you about this faggotry in there.

I've had $20 boroscope's before, and they show me exactly what I thought, $20 worth of shit.
Anyway,
I cleaned the gun, never saw anything weird wise as for carbon. WHAT was weird, after I took the can off, and sprayed some 96 down the barrel, a big azz bug crawled out. Now, the gun came off the range, can on, not over hot, went in the bag and stayed there for the night. So, either that bug was in the bag, or he was in the can with with hell of a headache, and he was a determined little fella.
Anyway, shot today, shot Winchester Match AND the Freedom, with the can, and without, no issue anywhere. Wierd-------.
