Boiled in coonass seasoning....... Katsoup and mayo 50/50 a dash of horseass ............double dose of Indomethacin .....now its time to grub down and hope the Indomethacin does it job........if not, look out gout hell ,here I come

Shrimp and cocktail sauce= yuuuum

I love spicy shrimp poor boys.
 
Shrimp and grits is my favorite.

Sautéed shrimp with Andouille sausage cream sauce over cheddar grits. The dark drizzle is actually a little leftover red eye gravy concentrate I made for breakfast that I used as a garnish. Actually complemented the flavors really well.

Shrimp n grits

Grits 1 cup
1 box / 4 cups chicken broth
1/2 lb grated sharp white cheddar
1 cup 50 / 50

Cook grits in chicken broth stirring till 75% done, add 50 / 50, stirring cheese in small amounts stirring constantly.

1 1/2 + lb shrimp cleaned / peeled
5 strips bacon
2 cloves minced garlic
3 green onions chopped
2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika

Cook bacon 90% done keep grease in pan remove and chop bacon.

Working quickly add ingredients, shrimp and bacon last to medium heat and do the shuffle till pink and done, remove from heat.
