Hello shooters

I have a Surgeon action-bottom metal, trigger, and McM stock. I still need to find a barrel. Anybody know who builds rifles from customers parts without waiting 9+ months for turn around? I'm willing to ship to any reputable smith. Any guidance would truly help.
