A few years ago, Bought my first rifle. A WW1 Canadian Ross MkIII rifle (The one the Cdn soldiers hated and replaced by the Lee Enfield). Enjoyed shooting it on paper targets using it's iron sights and got to think about upgrading to a modern sniper rig so that one day, after lots of learning/practice, I would move on to targets to 1000 yards. I am now retired and decided to treat myself and will go for a Cadex Guardian 6.5mm Creedmore with a 26 inch barrel and will top it with a ZCO 527 glass. I read that to keep the hand and practice often, one must have a trainer. So there will be another Cadex chassis with the same stock, trigger etc but with a Vudoo 22LR action/Barrell. I can move the scope from one to the other. This is all new to me and precision shooting is an incredible discipline. Bought some books and am learning a lot. This forum is a goldmine of knowledge and I'm having a lot of fun exploring here
Here is a picture of a beautifull 50 cal Cadex with the ZCO glass. The one I want will have a smaller sized magazine
