Books on shooting Positions From a rest and CMP

Gentlemen I haven't shot from CMP positions for decades, and am always looking to improve from the bench. I am wondering if there are any books or videos you could recommend. I intend to start shooting F Class, and now that I am in for a new set of knees, I want to get back into DCM. I know this may seem redundant, but us old farts who have been out of the military for almost 40yrs any help would be greatly appreciated.If there is already a thread covering any or all of this please point me in that direction. Thanks again for any and all responses.
