Bought a shooting mat at Sears

It is not a shooting mat I will use it for that purpose. It is a foam type mat 48"x96". I found it in the automotive section for $20. I can cut it to size for a more personalv fit if needed.

It will work for me, thought I would pass it on.

And the Midway one is rahter nice for the money. Can't go wrong.

I had been using a Midway mat for several years until a few months ago.

A rather experienced HP shooter told me to get a good mat. I finally broke down and spent $100 on a Creedmore mat with the extra padding. I cant believe the difference it has made. The rubber is much tackier and the thick foam makes it easier for the elbows to dig in and maintain their position during recoil.

The only real drawback is the size and weight.
