What are the pros and cons of brass that was fired from a bolt action and ones fired from a machine gun for relaoding purposes.

My understanding is that a bolt action rifle is much easier on the brass and that you should be able to get more loads out of them. I can't think of any pros with buying brass fired from an auto rifle.
The crap I got at a great price I cant even resize which makes it a not so great price.

That there is the number one issue when it comes to brass that was fed to a machine gun. They typically are going to have a much more generous chamber dimension as it aides in the reliability of the system. If you anneal the cases prior to attempting to crush them back down to a reasonable dimension you may have better success.
Use a good case lube, and a small base die, and your machine gun fired brass will be fine. I find that machine gun fired brass sized with a standard FL sizing die fits most factory chambers with ease.
The brass life is quite good even without annealing. The biggest pain in the ass on Machine gun fired brass is the primer pocket crimp and trimming.
