Brass shortage?

I was at work this morning and decided I would restock on my 6.5 PRC brass and found that planet earth had none. Also, 147gr ELD-M with “Heat Shield” is dirt cheap at every retailer that has it. Did I miss an announcement? Does anyone know what’s going on?

I’d say between production cycles on the PRC. Business as usual on the 147. They’re always on sale.

I don't think you missed anything. The world has gone crazy with the 6.5 CM craze and this has resulted in current stocks being sold. Its not the right time for politics to be causing shortages although I know there will be another. The last one, the one most of us remember, was not the first nor will it be the last. Moral of this story, stock up before November 2020.

This is what I get for procrastinating. I was going to pick up 500 the other day and decided to wait until after we moved. I looked on line and everyone had brass. This week, nothing.

Why not buy 300 RCM brass and neck it down?
