A lot of vagueness in what he said. My policy right now: I only trust a billionaire to "run things" proportionate to the amount of risk they are willing to take in order to respect and uphold individual liberty (and we don't have the behind-the-scenes-details, so we don't truly know what he is risking).
As for right now, there are too many things I don't know/understand and all I can look at is the worst case scenario and whether such a scenario (no matter how unlikely) is a risk I'm willing to accept. Because, lately, all I see is worst case scenarios popping up all around.
The point is, I'm cautiously optimistic, but have been skeptical of Musk ever since the bail outs and the results thereof.
