Hey guys..I just had a 700 ltr rebarreled...was shooting 190 smk lc lr 07 brass f/l resizrd..40.5 grains imr 4064...it shot excellent in old chamber...brass looks fine before I shoot..apon extraction a bright ring around case head?..primers look normal..no hard bolt lift...brass os on second firing....I've read it could b die marks?...can't c them b4 I fire...thanks guys..

Could be a couple or three different things.
Do this... take a paperclip, and straighten out the wire... bend a 90 degree "hook" on the very end of it. about 1/16" long... then use that to "feel" inside the case down at the area where you see that ring on the outside. If you feel a notch there, that means that the case is getting ready to separate. That can come from bumping the shoulder back too far in resizing each time, over working the brass. We only want to bump the shoulder back far enough to get the case to chamber in a bolt gun... with semi-autos, you do have to fully resize, so you can't, as a rule, get as much brass life through semi-autos for this reason.
