Well you won't be sending him shit if you don't know what unit he's with. If you get that figured out though buy him a good sling for that POS, and tell him to pawn it off on the new guys when they get their replacements. Hope he comes home Safe </div></div>

Good point HillBilly!! No unit... No address!!! We can recommend the world, but without an address, he aint gonna get it!!</div></div>

I guess not too many others noticed that yet. I know if I had a Brother in Afghanistan/Iraq I'd know how to ship stuff to him. Fuck I even sent friends stuff while they were over there. Gun and Truck magazines, Porn, Copenhagen, and Beef jerky go a long way to boost moral.

Re: Brother in Afganistan

When I started this thread I he hadn't e-mailed me his info yet. I got it now and got to skype with him little. I decided that I'll just send him a sling and a foregrip for his 249 and some other stuff. Thanks for the ideas guys.

Deadly is just pointing out that lowlight (the site owner and operator) frowns on people upping their post count with the intention of being able to sell goods.

It's good that you want to help your brother....hope you get him back safe. </div></div>

Ya thats it.... or I don't want the site to turn to shit with people saying the same thing 50 times in a few hours to SELL THEIR SHIT off! Its obvious when the new guys get on here and start firing away.

So ask yourself..... what do you contribute? </div></div>

Thank god the hall moniter is here to protect us all. Teacher teacher!!

Re: Brother in Afganistan

The saw can shoot out to 400+ yards but hes not going to hit anything. The SAW isn't really customizable and even if you could it wouldn't do you any good past 200 yards if your lucky.. Its made to spray as many bullets as fast as it can and cover a wide area so the "enemy" hears and sees them landing all over and gets scared for a second or taking down a group load of people with in 200 yards..

I'd invest in something for him to keep and carry with him to feel his family and friends are with him. That would do the best for him. As for the gun there isn't anything your really going to do to help it. You can put a scope on it but that doesn't mean its going to hit the target..

Tell your brother GL. And come home safe. And thank you from me. For being one of the proud to protect our country. My 2 cousins served and weren't so lucky to come back the same they left.

Re: Brother in Afganistan

Put a good sling on the bastard and send him some solid gloves.

Re: Brother in Afganistan

"But all in all, like everyone else said, you're not getting him anything without knowing what unit hes in to get him an address. Crazy that hes your brother, and you dont even know what division hes in, not even getting to unit yet. "

Read above post.

Putting what unit he's with doesn't violate any Opsec. More specifics might
